I'm home!!!!!!

Well I had my surgery March 11th and I got home yesterday! Everything went well they also removed my gallbladder. So far so good! My stomach sometimes makes weird noises. Just wondering from all the post ops out there, how long does the incision usually take to heal up-I had open? It is still tender but not really painful! Thanks to everyone that sent me emails and good luck to everyone going in next week! "I never thought being a loser would feel this good!!!!" Have a great weekend! Kris In cool Minnesota

Congratulations on your successful homecoming! I will be having my surgery tommorrow morning......so I'm doing the whole fasting thing right now. I will be having an open also....Dr. already told me they will be removing my gallbladder. Kinda afraid....but after reading about your success and minimal pain gave me hope. I hope you continue to have an easy road to recovery...and Congratulations on being on the losing side! christina
