Hernia surgery

This morning I go in for a hernia repair surgery at 9 am. I am just getting ready to leave, cuz the hospital is 45 minutes away. They said if all goes well i will go home tonite. Once they remove this i will be able to wear a pants size or maybe 2 smaller!!!

Just curious, is this hernia a result of the surgery or was the hernia there when they did the RNY? Best of luck with your surgery and I hope you have a speedy recovery! Wendy

They did my surgery an hour early and let me leave by 3 pm. It went well, and i am really not in pain (oh wait maybe the per****t helps with that) The hernia was from my c-sections when i had my last kid. I am glad that this was able to be done and i could go home the same day, I rest better at home, plus my mom is a nurse. Thanks for the support!!
