That is just the greatest news!!!! I'm glad you did not have to kidnap him! It sounds like day by day he is gradually getting back to himself! It is a shame that he had to get OUT of ICU to get better care, but now you can be there when you can without the hassle. I bet he is fussing to go home, but it is good for him to get the therapy that he can while he is there. Tell him that I said that some people will do anything to get out of doing their post op walking! I am wanting to call and talk to him--let me know when he is up to that.
