I am about to put on my too tight jeans! isn't it nice to both have jeans that are too tight at the same time? makes us feel closer you know?
i had a pair of size 6 pants that i loved. i wore them for a week that was at my lowest. i was happy to hve had them and kept them in my closet well after they had gone from being too tight to not being able to button right on to canb't get them past the hips.
the 8s weren't long after that. but i was able to wear my size 10's for a few years before they got to be too tight.
they were a dream size that i'd never thought i'd ever be able to wear. now and then i find a pair of 10's that were made too big but they still slapped the label on them. boy oh boy do i snap those up quick!
now my size is a 14.
argggg
i jut got the shivers!
i loved the 10's the 12's ok i could take those but the 14's give me pain.
i've given up swearing that i won't ever wear another size whatever weather its a 10 or a 14 or god forbid higher! its almost like when i swear i won' tdo something thats when it happens.
so right here and NOW
I SWEAR that I will gain weight!
HA! take that brain!
reverse phycoligy!
I feel thinner already.

The only part I can tell you about is San Francisco, lived there for about 6 years in the
80's. Great City & gorgeous, but, too expensive these days. Great place to start & all
I know it the rest up the coast will be a nice trip for you!! Enjoy. When do you plan to go? May & June are not the greatest months as the coast will get lots of fog. But the later Summer months are not too bad. Happy Traveling whenever you decide to go.

Tired is the theme of the day, Michael ... I'm right there with you! And yes, I try to stay positive and thankful that I'm employed - do you think this dreadfully long winter has anything to do with how tired we're feeling???? I want flowers! I want birdsong! I want warmth on my face again! I know, I know - right around the corner. Give my best to Abby - please stay in touch, ok? Maureen

Glad all is well with her - she sounds like a special young lady. I'm really glad to see you back and posting... Maureen

Renee, wow - it's just so great to see you again! I'm so sorry to hear of the difficulties you've had to contend with - I remember you were thinking to do a revision, is this what you're referring to in your post - "After my doc backed off part of my surgery after a year I gained weight." What do you mean? I'm very sorry about your sister-in-law as well - what a pioneer she was! The 'early' folks who went through this - they are the bravest people in the world! I'm so sorry for your loss but know she is at peace. You still have your sense of humor because I'm sure your husband is not a psycho! Rob, Rob, Rob - he went through hell... remember how we all stopped at precisely the same moment throughout the country and sent up a collective prayer for him??? That was very powerful for me to take part in - that's when I knew how special it was to be a part of this Board. The last I remember is he posted to say he was finally recovering (must have been 4 months in the hospital after his surgery...) and he thanked us for our concern - never heard from him again. Ah, the early days -- listen, come back to us! Let us know what happens with your surgeon next week. Thanks for popping in today, you did me a world of good! Maureen
