Snow is why I live where it was 82 today. Suppose to cool
off tomorrow to about 74. I will take that over the crap that hit out your way

Topic: New Week/How's the Walking?
HI There
Will last week the first part went real well on the wlking then I fizzled out. Yesterday I
did not walk, but, I did climb my 18 stairs about 20 times carrying stuff up from the
store, plus the water.
So I figure that counts. My back was very sore after all of that.
Today will go out for a walk. It looks like it might rain, but is still suppose to be in
the high 70's. Sorry about that East Coast Folks.
Let me know how your week went & is going so far?

well I do have Fibromyalgia so she started me on some Cymbalta and I did blood work but my dr already knows that I am WAYYYYYYY anemic! I hope everyone else is doing well!
