A standing 'O'.......amazing woman!

Hi there Everyone!

Today is a very special day for me as it has been FIVE years ago today that I had my Lap RNY at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.  It turned me into a real southern belle 'cause now everything I say starts with "Ya'll" and ends with "Thank ya kindly!"  Ha! Ha! 

This week was also a very special one for me as I celebrated two years of sobriety and picked up my 2-year chip at my home group AA meeting.  Wow...going from a fat lush to a sober hot chick has got to be some kind of record, even for a 56 year old broad like me!!! 

Just thought I'd give ya'll a laugh to start off the month! 

Thank ya kindly for listening! (Sigh) (Smile, with eyes lowered, of course!)

This sounds like good by!! I can't tell you how sad this makes me!! On the worse days of my life I have come here for encouragement. I know y'all can't do this for me but , it sure did help to cry on your shoulder. People in the real world don't have clue what we go through. So, my friend, good luck on whatever path you take.
