Count me in. I have not done any excersize in a long time. I'm going to walk on Monday. I will check in tomorrow . Judy
God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.

Good!! I got my first days walk in and walked about 35 minutes. Hope to do more

Hi
I finally got my "You Know what" out the door yesterday & I am back to walking for the
first time in a long while. I have not done any exercise for so long I am very disgusted
with myself.
I am sure after a few days it will help my back troubles as well. So anyone
want to join me in walking. I know syber walking since so many are so far away from
the west region. My weight would probably be even better if I had been doing any kind of exercise at all.
Working on 3 to 4 days this week & we will go from there!!

OMGosh!!!!!! I am soooo glad to see you!!!! I'd give you huge hugs if I could and hop around!!!! :) I'm sorry you were feeling so bad and still feel under the weather. I'm ecstaic that you have medical and have a partner :) OH I'm so excited for you loosing weight! Yay! I'm still struggling myself. It's ashame it was due to you being ill. But it's one small upside of the bad stuff. Keep hanging around...So glad to see my buddy is back :) We've definitely all missed you.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Since I am late in catching up on everything, I don't get kidney stones, just kidney infections that are very painful & very hard for me to get rid of. So far have not had
the stones to go with that. Hope to find out why they keep coming back with this new

I remember now I had forgotten what Lowells name was. I am terrible with names! My kids tease me about that all the time.
Glad to hear you got billy out of your system. Isn't it odd how they always forget the evil things that they do? my ex hubby was like that. he too tried to kill me. but of course since it was just me and him he can say he never did that. but people who know him and had seen him do other things really know what happened. an his girl friend has her suspisions cause she's been with him long enough to know what he is capable of!
