Such an inspiration! You are doing so well!
I am not even going to post anythign for the weekend. It wasn't so bad, but I had 2 cannolis which is VERY bad. but thats about it as far as bad things go. The rest was ok.
Today:
Breakfast:
Protein shake (Muscle milk.) I think that is my very favorite. It tastes sooo good. It has 220 calories 21 grams of protein and 5 grams of sugar.
1 low fat turkey patty
Lunch:
Chicken noodle soup. Protein drink.
Snack:
1 low fat turkey patty
Dinner:
Not sure. (sigh).
I haven't weighed myself yet, I think I'm going to wait until the end of the week to do that. I'm going to try very hard this week. gotta buy some more protein drinks too.

no i woudl have i'd not be able to sleep if i even kept a single bill of it.
now if someone had dropped a 10 on the door way on the way out and it was just laying there with no one around i'd pick it up and say thank you! but a bag of it. yea gotta try to find out who's it is.

On another note...boy did I do a good deed this weekend...I was in Ross department store Friday evening looking around at all the junk like usual ( I like that place it like a flea market to me), anyway as I was looking around and on this shelf with alot of junk I saw this bag...I opened it up and WOW...loaded with a ton of money...I mean alot of money....not giving it a second thought I took it to the manager...it was the stores day deposit I would imagine, cause it was loaded...just laying there...anyway I turned it in...and you would of thought they would of been elated that it was turned in and not stolened by someone...they just said thanks ...like it wasnt a big deal...anyway I feel better that I did what was right, but thinking back boy it would of paid a few bills LOL
Ok 2 good things this weekend...done....so today maybe I can be a bad girl LOL...just kidding.

God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. Today is very imporant, because I'm exchaning a day of my life for it.

Special K high Protein Cereal & 2% milk

1/2 cup cottage cheese with blueberies
3 oz Tuna and Salad
2 Graham Cracker & 1 teaspoon PNB
I have been doing good on this, I think , because I know I'm not doing it just to lose weigh, but I'm doing it to live and have a better quality life. I'm only going to weigh once a week.

plus my vacation time will be spent going to NH to take care of my mom while my sister gets her much needed break time.
i've got to call him to make an appointment for my check up but its as much as the 5 year as a recheck with the low blood sugar. i do want to talk to him about the postive results i'm getting with my homeopathic dr and how i wasn't too thrilled with his dietician i won' tbe making another apointment with her. nice person just didnm't understand my issues.
