I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

I am so sorry for your loss.
Hugs, Mo
Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
Early morning - iced coffee protein shake made with skim milk for extra protein
breakfast - bacon, fried egg, grits, cinnamon roll(s) made with pillsbury crescent rolls
snack about 4:15 - chocolate chip cookie
dinner (out) - salad from salad bar, 1/2 baked tater, really sad crab cake, slice of peanut butter pie
no alcohol with dinner,
I miss my kitties ... Poncho went Nov 11 2 years ago, and Lefty last summer. We have agreed we will get two more kitties, but it's not time yet.
Pammie, I always love your Paulie stories !!

But the important thng is that I am so sorry for your loss. It makes me sad that you lost your friend...sadder than any drama I find on this site. Take care of yourself.

While I do enjoy a sip one or two times a year I'm not a drinker. Can't handle the stuff. Never could before or after surgery. Rather have water. Or champagne even though I can not handle champagne either!
ok now having said that i feel better!
