Starting my day in humble gratitude - I am grateful for:

1.  My family is healthy
2.  I am able to ride on this big, black, beautiful horse on quiet New England trails, with the fall foilage crunching under her hooves... what a gift
3.  My size 10 jeans - the only pair I have reluctantly purchased - are too big for me, at least today!
4.  I am employed
5.  I can move, move, MOVE
6.  I learned that I should take my iron pill with a Vitamin C tablet and not with my other vitamins - who knew? Have been doing this for a week and am really feeling better, more energy

Marylin! My buddy! :)  Oh yeah, I'm on facebook too and always get mad at myself for spending too much time on there. My hubby was on me last night for it. I'll look you up and add you :) The games are so addictive. You can be my new youville, farmville, castle age, mafia wars, vampire wars friend!! hahaha.... oh and farmtown, fish world and the zoo!!! 'snicker'

Hey marilyn I'm addicted to FB tioo! I LOVE the games! Its a very good sight for things like that and I can't get over that its free. be careful which applications you download cause ther eare alot of virus there but its pretty easy to spot them I'm sure you know.
i'm doing good too.
i'm exersiving almost every night the low blood sugar is undercontrol.l the thyroid pills are awesome i feel like my old self.

 Sorry, I made the mistake of getting on facebook & NOW ADDICTED TO IT!! If
anyone wants to be my friend listed as Marilyn Clifford, Bullhead City, AZ.
I am doing O.K. Getting some of my health issues under control, as well as losing
weight again. Since I joined TOPS 2 weeks ago lost 3 1/2 lbs. I go tomorrow for
wk 3 check in. i THINK IT IS ALL IN HAVING SOME ACCOUNTABILITY IN
WHAT I DO.
Still unemployed & the end of Oct, will be 1 year, Sure never thought that would happen. 
Still don't know about the back surgery yet, appt. keeps getting post-poned due to having probelms getting my dexa scan results. He needs that to proceed at this point.
On facebook I have found folks that I grew up back 40 some yrs ago. that is amazing
to me. 
I am addicted to the games, so, just to let you know I am still here  will work on checking back more often. Hope all is well with my March friends
