Thanks, I went into GNC over the weekend but just wasn't sure what I was looking for and the person in the store was not helpful at all. So I walked out. I am going to anther GNC later on today.

I'm not loving these thick gunky drinks. Someone turned me on to Isopure which comes either by the bottle or in powder form. It's 40grams per serving, over ice. So far my fave is blue raspberry but ice orange is ok. I think we need to try and have a variety at the ready, don't you? Just to keep from getting bored?

Janie, Sam's sells those EAS (chocolate only) in a 24 pack for only $28... instead of $6-7 for a 4 pack I love those too. I also have a lot of the Achieve one, but those have caffiene.

If you're looking for yogurt... Dannon Lite & Fit (very low sugar and fat) or Blue Bunny Lite 85 (almost as low). Don't stress and just see, if you didn't eat the whole container, you may not have gotten as much sugar as you think. Different people have different tolerances. As time goes on, watch your labels... you will learn how many grams you can take without dumping, if you are good about reading labels.

Not entirely sugar-free, no. Everything is pretty much low sugar, no sugar, low fat, or fat-free though. Everyone will react to sugar a little differently, which is why I mentioned that she might or might not feel sick. Dumping is a side-effect of eating foods high in simple carbohydrates (sugar) or fat.

Ok now I am lost because I eat things with small amounts of sugar all of the time. I am not on a sugar free diet. As a matter of fact I am inclined to believe that if I take sugar out of my diet my sugar will crash since I am diabetic. Did your Dr put you on sugar free? Necole

Thank you all for helping me to know that the stomach noise is normal. I was beginning to think they messed something up in there.
