my doc allows the mashed potatoes at this point because we are aiming for 500 cal a day (won't get that on the current stage). I have some tuna with mustard for one meal, mashed potatoes with Unflavored Unjury protein, pintos n cheese with FIRE sauce, and for my evening meal usually too full, but I try to have some yogurt or some Baba Ganouj with saltines. For protein shakes I use EAS Advant Edge Carb Control Chocolate - 24 drinks in a case, sold at SAMS club, $28/case. One drink a day is 15g protein, 100 cal.

hello...... Necole im not from mi. either. im from indiana. my mom used this doc and was very happy with him. where i live we have many places that have docs that do the surgery im having. i guess after two years ive done my homework. I did all my pre-testing yesturday. im going to BARIX CLINCS in YPSILANTI MI. Im going to do it all there. the surgery/plastic surgery. Im now dealing with the nerves. Cleaning like crazy, buying stuff from the store, and making lists. My hubby is scared but supportive. i have older children who have mixed feelings. i understand how everyone is feeling , but i feel this is some thing i have to do for myself. i feel like ive lived my whole life for everyone else, now its my turn !!!!!!! keep in touch too!
