I haven't tried drinking more than 1oz at a time. I'm pouring water into a 2 oz glass jigger to keep track. They told me at this point that I should be drinking 2 litres a day of water and not to take more than 2 oz fluid in 15 min. That's hard! I think I have it a bit easier than you because I don't have kids to feed while I'm trying to stick to liquids. That must be really rough! Good luck to you, and keep in touch. Gwen

My surgery was March 13. You'll do fine! I was surprised at how well everything went with the surgery. Little pain post op, the PCA took care of it for the first few hours, then I didn't want to use it at all. I was up walking that night without problems. I think the surgery is the easy part, it's everything afterward that's hard! Relax and just get some rest tonight is my best advice. Best wishes to you! gwen

Congratulations. I don't know you but I know we all share some of the same struggles. The only advice that I can give you as I still have 12 days to go is......PRAY. I too will pray that you have a successful surgery and minimal pain as well. Now try to get some rest. I am happy for you.
