I know I was so excited when I got my date a few weeks ago. I was so excited, I had a hard time sitting down.

How funny you should mention letting the soup cool! I had curdled protein powder mushroom soup tonight for dinner! I laughed so hard I thought I was gonna pee myself! Then again when I read your post. Got a call today, they forgot to schedule my stress test, and now I have to go in on Friday at 7 am. Yet another hoop to jump through....I was scheduled to work at 6 am Friday. I guess if I have to pay someone's overtime out of my own pocket it's going to happen! I think I'm going to put together my bag on Wednesday, my day off.Honestly I wish they'd keep me a day longer, so I can get some good rest, but should only be there overnight I guess. tick tick tick tick tick......gotta get ready girls!

Thanks for the insight... I'm still on liquids and I think I'm going nuts... I decided to push forward and I guess I went too fast. Now I'm nauseated and just "yech" feeling. I'm a week out, and 3rd week of liquids so far... so I'm quite fed up with it... and really getting doggone depressed about wanting something I can't have. Thanks for the encouragement, my recovery has been completely amazing and with ZERO complications.... but my impatience and head hunger got too far ahead of my consciousness tonight.

I HAVE A DATE for WLS MAY 1,2007. TOOO HAPPY IN CLEVELAND. ELLEN not waiting too much longer. HA HA HA HA HEE HEE HEE! I AM BLESSED. WOW!

So glad to hear that another doctor has directed only 24 hours of clear liquids. I was beginning to think I was the only one. Perhaps tomorrow will prove more successful. Although Wednesday is an absolute must.....surgery is scheduled for Thursday.
