I also started in a 28 or a 30-32 top. I tried on a pair of Levis on Sat. just fo the heck of it and they slid right on!! A size 20!! I havent seen a size 20 since I was 20 I think! lol Needless to say I bought the sie 18!! I had tears in the changing room!! Real jeans that zip and snap! Not cotton/lyrca pull on and elastic waist!! I have a urge now to clean out my closet and give the old ones away finally. Congrats on your loss!!!

I, too, began in a snug 28 and now love wearing an 18 comfortably. The greatest part is being able to shop anywhere and pay less! Congrats on the weight loss!

So far I have gone from a tight size 28 womens to a size 20. (I am down somewhere in the 80-90 lb range...depends on my fluids for the day and what scale I am on. I don't weigh alot...it's all about the clothes! By the way...I have no memory of ever fitting into size 20 or less! It's great)

I've had another one since I wrote this. Some other people have told me that it sounds like the gall bladder, so I am making an appointment for a ultrasound. UGH!

I get them in the fresh meat department at a grocery store named Hannaford. If you talk to someone in the meat department of a larger grocery store that has Perdue you should be able to have them order them. Your welcome! Donna

Hi everybody! I was five months out yesterday, and here are my stats: Preop weight: 308 Current weight: 215 For a total loss of 93 pounds. I am now in a solid size 18. I am almost 5'5" and my goal is 140 according to my doctor. I go to Curves at lunchtime three times per week, and I swim twice a week. I found that I do indeed dump, so I am very careful with carbs and fatty foods. My hair has also been falling out, and since I have very fine, thin hair I got it cut to shoulder length, dyed it darker on the bottom, and use products to enhance its natural waviness. I think I look like I have more hair now than before. I still do a protein shake in the morning because I don't do breakfast foods very well, and my lunch is typically a high-protein Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice or leftovers. Dinner is always very light, because I have trouble if I go to bed and I have food in the pouch. I am feeling excellent and look forward to many more months of positive changes.

Thanks, Christal. I haven't tried deviled eggs yet - I miss them! I like sausage quite a bit, especially some of the chicken varieties at Sprouts. I'll hafta pick some up! Thanks for the suggestions
