I haven't heard about any procedure, but I'll check back to see if anyone else has...
I've been the same wieght for about 2 or 3 months but I seem to be losing inches.
Kick up your exercising, lower your carbs and up your water intake to 96 ounces a day...I did this and it helped a bit.
You might just be at the end of the loss cycle...sorry if that's not the answer you were looking for...

Hi Amber,
I got below goal the day of my one year anniversary when I went to see the surgeon. 
I've lost 4lbs since then but, my personal goal would be to lose 6 more lbs. Just my thing. I know...it seems like we are never satisified. 
But, I'm shorter then you.
