We are never satisfied with ourselves.
You have really done great. Without the surgery I would have gained 120 this year.
Be blessed,

Congrats!! Lookin beautiful, hunnie!
And congrats on quitting as well, WLS and quitting smoking are probably the two most healthy decisions you could've made for yourself, so I'm proud of you.

Hi
I don't post here much -- but wanted to clarify that I am still alive and kicking, one year post-op as of Apr. 21. I am now about to get plastics on June 30 -- very excited about that.
For my one-year anniversary, I quit smoking -- I was to quit ON the 21st, but when my pack ran out two weeks before, I decided not to buy anymore. So far, so good.
Congrats to all!

*dances around*
1 year ago this time, I don't think I felt too spiffy... but I'm quite sure that I didn't think in 1 years time that I would feel as fabulous, physically, as I do today. No regrets, WLS saved my life in many ways.

Topic: RE: PERCENTAGE LOSS CALCULATOR
Take the amount of weight you have lost and divide it by the TOTAL amount of weight you want to lose. Then multiply that number by 100.
Mine is as follows. I've lost 154 pounds. Divide that by my total of 156 that I want to lose is 0.987etc... x 100 = 98.7%
Hope that helps.
