To all you April baby's. WOW! What a year this has been. I wish you all continued success throughout your journey's and in the year's ahead. We all have done a wonderful job and it has been a pleasure getting to know you and grow (or shrink) with you all. You have all inspired me in one way or another, and I just wanted to come and tell y'all that. Happy Birthday or Anniversary however, you look at your surgery date. The best is yet to come for all of us. So, let's continue to reach our goals and encourage one another along the way. We've come a long way baby.

Thats a really good idea, to just change one habit or problem at a time. It was kind of like when I had surgery and I told the dr, dont tell me I cant have coffee, I have given up everything else I love , just not the coffee or you may get hurt. I had to hang on to that, or I would have felt totally totally devoid of my life as I used to know it. Now if I feel really crappy about anything, I know I can still have my coffee. What can I give up now? I dont eat much, so will have to think long and hard. Maybe I need to be more vigilant in my water, I find that very difficult to get in everyday. Oh my goodness, I have collar bones too and I LOVE THEM. Sometimes when I lie in bed on certain angles I feel bones all over that I had no idea were there. I cant wait until I lose another 30 or so pounds, I wont be able to stop patting my bones lol. hugs from down under Helen
