Topic: POLL: What will you do????
Hey April Baby's,
A question keeps popping in my head. All of our anniversaries are about to come up. We have had a heck of a year and have alot to be proud of. We are achiever's and success story's. My question is...what will you do on your one year anniversary? I still don't know what I'm doing...going out to dinner would have been a priority before but, now it's not.

Wow Rae,
Congrats on all of your success. We are surgery sisters! I can't wait to have a TT done. 
I pull my skin all the time to get a general idea of what I will look like. Please share your before and after pictures with me. I would love to see them. Weigh to go on being a success in such a short amount of time.

I know the feeling! You're NOT alone!!! Since Christmas my weight had stayed the same. I was getting a little freaked out! I'm still a LONG way from my goal. I was stuck at 256 which left me with about 70lbs to goal! Then I went onto www.fitday.com and started counting again. I realized I was getting too many of the wrong calories and too many carbs. I went back to basics (like 2 months out) and I've lost 8lbs in a week! I try to aim for 800-1000 calories a day, no more than 50g of carbs (the RIGHT kinda carbs... whole wheat, etc), and 70-80 g of protein. I don't know if my scale will continue to move, but I'm hoping. Whatever you do, don't let yourself slip because you're depressed, let that make you work harder

WOW!!!! surgery already.I wanted to go under but my doc said wait 9mo after my 1yr anniversary...What was your starting weight and were are you now? I still want ot loose 30-40 lbs which is very difficult right now.The scale is not moving...Anyways..I would love to see pics.

I am 11months post and getting depressed, the scale does not move and has not moved in a while...I am terrified of becomming big again I waited 30years to start my new life and I dont want it to go away..HELP!!! advice ,incourgement please. Please tell me I am not the only one.I feel like I am failing.
Also where or what can I do to get help with eating.Anyone ever tried weigh****chers or some kind of program..I am telling you I an getting depressed...

WOW!!! Already....are you at goal already? I would love to see pics. I had my surgery April 26th 2005. I don't think I am quite ready for the other fixes just yet. I still have about 13lbs to go.

Hello april losers...
I am here to tell you I am 2 days post op for my complete abdominoplasty. It was just 11 months ago I had the RNY goastric bypass.
This is so amazing...I never knew how much I would enjoy having a flat and firm tummy.
Surgery took just under 6 hours and all is fine. My BB was replaced and well the results are just amazing. I will be glad to share pics with any one who is interested in seeing the new me. I have before and after pics to share.
Let me know and I will be glad to shoot out an email to you..
