I finally made the Century Club, its taken me a little over 10 months to lose 100lbs but I am so proud of myself. So who else has lost 100lbs or over? I still have a few milestones to go, one being break from obese to overweight which shoul happen within the next 4lbs and then 1lb more lost to my doctors goal weight and 18lbs to my personal goal weight. So hows everyone else reborn in April doing? Hugs Heidi

Yes Its been one heck of a 10 monthes, I have to say. With being 185 lbs lighter I feel like I am walking on air these days. Except for having this Nasty CRUD! But a year ago if when I was sick I was laying in bed for 12 + hours and would only get up to go to the bathroom. Now today, I feel under the weather, but I have the energy to get out and about to go check the mail and grab the newspaper. I feel so bad that I have not made it to the gym this week except for last Monday as I do not want to get anyone sick so I have been sitting home and using my resistance bands and gym ball and workout video to keep myself in the groove of working out. I am going to the gym Monday morning I don't care how I feel... I am going to do some sericous sweating to get this crud out of my system. Yes I have a new aviator too. Thanks to all! Hugs, Tom 536/351/250

I have only lost 50 lbs since my surgery in April 2005. However, I am off all diabetic medications and I am proud of that. I work out 4-5 times a week. I am eating what I'm supposed to besides a few slip up's here and there. I am in a support group. I am drinking the 70 ounces of water every day faithfully. I take the vitamins. At the end of the day sometimes I am discouraged about my results but I feel as though I didn't gain the extra hundred pounds in a few months or even a year and I won't lose it that quickly either. Hang in there. Feel free to contact me at [email protected]
