Start my all liquid diet tomorrow (4/1)...Surgery date is 4/15...WooHoo

I am sooooooooooooo excited...and hoping that excitement makes me able to be compliant with an all liquid (SlimFast diet) for the next 2 weeks

You've got to check out this protein shake recipe from Amelia. I got this off her youtube website. She also has an OH website. I've been making this protein shake daily and it is awesome.
