Good job!! I don't know if I would have had the nerve, I always think I am doing it better in my mind and then I watch myself and think....boy you look stupid, so now I chicken out. Plus, I'm afraid I fall on my butt and look like a fool. If you made it through one class, you'll make it through one more, keep up the good work!!

I bounced and dropped again, back down to 147.5 so I think that my scales are just psychotic. ;)

two years ago this month I had my first consult... weighed 330. I've now lost 49% of that. feels pretty unbelievable.
I appreciate all the support that comes from this board. I don't post a lot, but check most days to see what's going on for everybody.

I bounce up and down 4 pounds. I never go above that.. when I hit 4 pounds I always get crazy and diet.. most of the time its a 2 pound change.

we were busy this weekend... I took my son to Bush Gardens Hallow scream, had a blast but got home at 2am then was at work by 10:00am then had my granddaughter's birthday party at 1:45 until 5:30 then to my daughters house then I babysat and back to work Sunday.... boy am I tired...LOL

Sorry this is late - I completely forgot on friday! I've been trying to avoid the scales lately as the numbers have been messing with my mind and I decided to have a break from them - well not completely, as I still get on them regularly, just nto as much as I usually do and I am trying not to pay any attention to what the number is!!!
So fo rme here is how it looked on Friday - yes you've guessed it - no change!! This has been going on since May. I've only lost around 15 pounds since last Christmas. BUT the thing to remember is what I weighed before wls and what I weigh now.
