New Pics up on profile

Hello all! Everything is going well here. My weight is sliding off at about 3 pounds a week. I just got my latest picture posted. My post op pic I am 293 and the new pic 245. Today I am 237. For those of you that feel you are slow loosers don't be discouraged....I too envy those that are at 75lb only 3 mos out. But remember everyone has different bmis, heights, genetics, etc. I am feeling optimistic but still am in fear of a plateau lurking around the corner. I would love to be at goal by Jan...I think that is reasonable, only 50lbs to go with 5 mos. Then TT here I come Best Wishes to all. Carmen LAP RNY 6/2/04 293/237/180?

I am so encouraged by your message. It is a little discouraging to see the HUGE weight loss from many people, not that I am not excited for them, but my surgery was June 28th and I have lost 53 lbs, from a loose size 26 and the other day I bought a pair of 18/20 pants. That did make me smile. I too feel lilke a plateau is right around the corner, I just pray that I keep up the things I am doing and start walking and working out more!! Thanks again for your message.

You are doing so wonderful!!! Don't worry about people who have lost more in the same amount of time. They may have a lot more to loose over all. Keep up the good work.
