Need Advice!!!!!!!!!!
i'm no expert when it comes to liquids, but i can tell you what i drink!
water, of course, rpobably about 40 oz a day. but then i also drink the crystal lite decaf iced tea...i LOVE this stuff! as a matter of fact i need to get to the store to buy more! i also recently started having the diet raspberry snapple. that has been a nice alternative too.
i hope you find something you like! the decaf iced tea is definitely my drink!

Well i go thru phases of drinks is what i call them this is what i have been hooked on and of course changed ...month to month varies with what im in the mood for its weird actually for me i was never like this.

crstal light Iced Tea
Diet Snapple Apple
Diet Snapple granite plum
Minitue made sugar free fruit passion
Diet Snapple Peach tea
STILL and always HOOD carbcountdown chocolate MILK!
ADVANTEDGE pre mixed shakes/ready to drink
NOW mind you post op i had iced tea....weird!

free hot cocoa now that its colder outside.

I had the same problem a few months ago. There are times I just can't take anymore water. When I need something other than water I drink the Minute maid 1/2 sugar 1/2 calorie OJ. I also do my protein drinks with Nesquick no sugar added chocolate powder and any whey protein. I know you don't like the protein, but you could still just do the milk and nesquick.
