Oh trust me, you are not the only one. And welcome. The support here is great. This tool just allows us to get full quicker and absorb less calories, however, nothing else changes and so we still have the same challenges we once had. So after all these years of trying and trying again, once again, we must try again. Good luck.

or dont. I plan to stick to this as long as i can.
I keep saying I dont want to get sick so it keeps me

Welllll I do dump, but I can eat one fun-size candy bar before I will get sick. Sometime during the second fun-size one is when I get sick.
So I tried soooo hard not to eat that stuff but it was hard during Halloween. Some days I was eating several fun size bars throughout the day. I am back on track now, but it was bad for about 2 weeks there. Probably why I only lost 7.8lbs in October compared to my 14lb losses in previous months. Ugh.
Fats don't make me dump though. Just sugars.
Although if I eat a high-carb cereal or bread I will get naseated and feel a general weak, tired sweaty feeling for about 20 min.
But I think the fact that I can eat small amounts of candy is bad, and I can eat chips too. I just refuse to buy them at the store anymore.

I haven't dumped ever since my surgery, but then I have not eaten sugar at all either. Fat does not make me dump...
I've made a committment to not eat sugar again...now I can't say that I will forever stick to that committment, but for now it is the thing that I need to do. I didn't think I could give up sugar, but life is good and it's good sugar-free!
