Surgery date - June 17
Started my 4 weeks of Optifast yesterday. DH had surgery May 11 & had to do 6 weeks of Optifast. He did it without cheating - he's my inspiration!

Day of surgery 6/17/09: 280
Current: 156-159 (it varies)
Bod Pod results: 76% lean
I'm hourglass shaped - it's just that all the sand has sifted to the bottom.

I am so happy to find others who are waiting. I have been working on this for over 2 years, 3 doctors later I am finally ready to go. June 18th for me at Cleveland Clinic. I am so thrilled that I was able to get in there. I have a two week 'full liquid' protein diet on Wednesday. The last two days will be clear liquids. The first of whi*****ludes a bowel prep. I am sure that will be a baaaaad day! The following day we have to drive to OH which is 8 hours away. I told my DH that I will need Depends to make it! LOL
