surgery date set

I am so excited I have my surgery date set for July the 24th, I am so excited and nervous ant the same time!!!

I mostly have anexity with the post-op eating! Been very luck to get some really good ideas on this and other sites! Have any helpful advice or suggesting you and give?

I have alot of anxiety about post-op eating too but I'm sure we will figure it out.  I think at first I'm just going to do exactly whatever my dr. says to do.  Later on when we can get back to eating more normal foods, here's a website for you.  I've been looking at it and wow, the pictures look good!

I took a look at the site and I love recipes exspecially for the smoothies !  I have been looking for a low Carb/ no Carb, sugar free protein powder if you happen to know of any let me know.  I think researching and checking some of the sites and recipes here will help me get through the first weeks post surgery. and make it easier to make that adjustment to my reborn life!!

Have my pre op appointment 7/9 and then I start counting down.
