surgery soon

well my surgery is set for july 7th.2009 .  i'm excited and nervous all in one. i've been working toward this for two years now it's hard to believe  its almost here.

I had thought about the RNY surgery off and on for the past 6 or so years.  I started my journey with attendence at an informational session last August 1st.  My date is set for July 13th.  It is hard to believe that it is almost here.  But with all the dr visits and dietary counseling I had to do in this past year, I am ready. 

July 14th for me... Ive been waiting 2 years in aug! Yay for us waiters!

July 7 here too!  I'm so excited.  I can't wait to finally get it over with.  I've been wanting the surgery for over 5 years and finally have the chance!

I'm on my 2 week high-protein diet..just had my pre-admittance clearance with the hospital today..so close so close..and I still have sooooooooo much to do around the house to get ready!

Congrats on your progress so far!  This has been more than 3 years for me.  I was denied by another insurance company prior, so I'm doubly excited now.
