Lupron Injection

Hello I wanted to know if anyone has info on Lupron Injections? I am scheduled to have RNY on July 10,2009. To give you a little history, four years ago I had ablation surgery that was to thin the uterine wall and to help me hae lighter periods, well the surgery was a success. Two years later I wasn't having a period (which I was happy after having such heavy ones all those years) so come to find out that my body was still operating it should in that aspect but I wasn't menustrating and the blood began to form in my ovaries which were very painful. My gyn suggested a hysterectomy or Lupron Injection which throws your body into menopause. So I chose the injections until I had the RNY surgery, lose some weight and then re-visit the hysterectomy my gyn was in agreement. So I was wondering if anyone had some advice on this topic I would greatly appreciate it.
