Wow! you are gorgeous! Congrats...:)
Have you started running out of money yet with all of the new clothes you've had to buy? I have, but I hate to complain too much.

Topic: RE: Is anyone else struggling?
Whew! I'm so glad that I'm not alone. I'm actually still losing, but I've been super sick for about 3 weeks now, and I think that's the only reason why! I find myself thinking about food in the evening when I get home from work...and the weekends are HARD!
I've actually had dreams that I gained all of my 122 lbs back, but I'm not going to give in to the BEAST!

I have good days and days where my choices aren't the best. I still start everyday with a Click protein shake and that helps me tremendously. So far, I'm still losing but it's a very slow process. I do have food cravings from time to time and have to fight the old habits (my sweet tooth) but it's all about moderation.
I doubt you have messed up your tool. Just try to get back to basics and focus on the protein like you did in the beginning. You can do it!

Topic: RE: My doctor said I'm "Denser"
For me, it's all about how I "feel" in my clothes. I'm 157, wearing a size 10 in bottoms and medium to large in tops. I am thrilled with that. I have a saggy apron of skin that I eventually want to lose via tummy tuck but, for now, a good control top panty and flextee keep it sucked in. My goal is 150 but I'm completely happy where I am and could even live with a range of 160-165.
I'm still adjusting to the new body. Some days I feel fat because my belly is jiggly. When I see myself in pictures, my face is super thin and my collarbones stick out. I look very thin but I don't feel it yet.

Topic: RE: Dumb Question - Once Goal is Reached
My surgeon's office offers a test called the Med Gem. It's a short breathing test that helps determine your resting metabolic weight and how many calories a day you need to lose or maintain your weight. If you are at goal but still losing you can add more daily calories to maintain. The problem is knowing how many calories your body needs for maintenance. I plan to do the Med Gem this summer. It costs about $100 but is worth it, IMO as it offers so valuable information for continued success.
Topic: Dumb Question - Once Goal is Reached
Hi Everyone....I have a really dumb question. Once your goal weight is reached. How do you stop loosing weight. You cannot just keep loosing forever. I don't want to go back eating badly, it feels so good and healthy now. Thank for any input.

Thanks sweetie.... I LOVE my RNY and my SURGEON too!
We have come a long way....it's soo funny how just a few short months ago - I was ready to throw in the towel when the scale didn't move. I stopped jumpin on the scale daily/weekly....and sure enough.... I'm still losing! weight but even better - I lose inches more than weight.
Looking forward to your AT GOAL post which should be very soon! Congrats on your progress!!
Hugs,
Bran
