It's been awhile since I have been on the website and was so happy to see you had made it to 100 lbs lost!!! I am right behind you...I was there, but went on extended vacation to Hawaii and gained 6 pounds
So now I'm back and track and hoping to be back at my 100 pounds lost by the end of the month.
Great work!! Keep it up!!!

Breakfast: Carbmaster Yogurt

Snack: 1/2c popcorn

Lunch: half a pickle & half of a Jimmy John's Unwich (AMAZING...if you have a JJ check it out--they make subs into lettuce wraps!)

Snack: FF cottage cheese

Snack: soy crisps with Greek yogurt mixed with blue cheese dressing as a dip

Dinner: low fat hot dog with low carb ketchup and deli mustard

2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 strawberry shake
chicken livers w/onion and green pepper
chicken and asparagus and pistaschio nuts
vanilla protein shake w/ decaf coffee
almonds

Breakfast two turkey sausage links

Snack Click Double Expresso Protein Shake

Lunch Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken 4 ounces

Snack hand full of mixed nuts

Another Protein Shake

Dinner the other half of my Lemon Pepper Chicken and some steamed peas. 

I am thinking I will eat some low fat yogurt because I am hungry after my work out! :)

Let me see..
Breakfast... one slice of reduced calorie whole wheat bread  toasted with two teaspoons of peanut butter.. one teaspoon of no sugar jelly

Snack.. 1 fiber one bar

lunch.. last nights leftovers.. baked chicken tenderloins 3 Oz's with reduced calorie buffalo sauce..  1 0z of steamed vegetable Melody..

snack.. protein chips (made out of soy protein 15 grams per 1 OZ bags).. my fave

Dinner... seasoned turkey on one half  whole wheat burrito bread with fresh cucumber & tomato salad with balsamic vinaigrette.. MY FAVE..

snack used if still hungry only... 1OZ of reduced calorie Ritz veggies little crackers with one wedge of laughing cow cheese!!

I tend to eat the same thing unless I have work meeting thing Download the menu of potential restaurants we will be eating at... I try very hard to limited on myself on take out food.. FULL OF SODIUM.. which equals water weight.. only every now and then..

Well, dont you look fabulous! It is truly amazing how much everyone has transformed. Me, like most of you guys right now, have been the same weight for about a month. I feel like Im kinda going backwards with my eating. Im trying my best to get my protien in but, the carbs have come back. I am down a total of 123 pounds. 20 of those are pre-surgery. Im steady at 205 right now and cant wait to get to wonderland dammnit!

Anyway, no complications on my end either.  I'm super greatfull and would do this again in a heartbeat.

Hey everyone! I hope your day is going well. I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone is eating today .

I work at the DMV and this lady we call her "the burritto lady" brought me a breakfast burritto!

Breakfast: Probably eating the inside of this burrito and a fat free Latte.

Snack: Protien shake

Lunch: More of this burrito

Snack: Maybe a nutri grain bar?

Dinner: Not too sure yet, i MIGHT have some of this burritto again LOL

I love that food lasts so long. Saves some money :)

Im going to also take a 30 minute walk on my lunch.

I think your good.. I missed one last month.. this month none.. I was scared too.. but I went to doctors office .. I took a  strip test and also blood work because the HCG levels is how I found out that I was pregnant with my daughter.. test were negative.. my Doc said that because of the initial amount of weight loss this will happen until your weight stabilizes after 18 months... but he did say to be careful.. I hope everything is we'll and I  know how you feel.. to be 2 SEXY now then come-up with a surprise!!..

I agree with the planning your meals part! I went to Disney and there was one option Chicken Caesar Salad and the chicken was like rubber. It was horrible! So if you plan on going on vacation be sure to pack your own food! That way you can avoid giving into the high carb foods! LIKE I DID! I was at Epcot in France and caved and ate a strawberry tarte. Yesss, I was baaaad on vacation! But I got the weight back off of me finally. 

I wanted to thank Pooh and Piglet for recommending Click Expresso because O.M.G. I LOVE IT!!! I was a huge coffee drinker before the surgery. So if you don't like coffee you won't like this. But it reminds me of the Starbucks iced mocha frapaccino! DELISH! I am ordering more of it! I also am going to order more of the Wonder Slim Chocolate pudding/shake. I eat it as pudding and it satisfies my sweet cravings. It's smooth so doesn't taste like I am eating chalk like some of the protein mixes.

Congratulations!

I am at my 8 month mark also in two weeks,   I too have been stuck but am working on upping my calories which often seems to break my stalls.

Like you, I feel so much better, no complications, and am so grateful that I had this surgery.   I am now wearing size 14 pants from a 3x and while "the girls" are keeping the top section still pretty big, I am beyond thrilled.   Beast reduction is definately in the future.

How wonderful that we are so close to goal and feeling great.

Again congratulations on your success and working so hard to make your surgery such a positive in your life.
