Good morning! I've had several emails asking me about something I mentioned in a resent post. MOST everyone likes or loves Target and no it was not a type O when I said Super Target. lol Super Target is basically SUPER ha ha - It has groceries, pharmacy and of course our regular Target stuff. I know they have them in Indiana, Louisiana & Texas. I'm a huge fan of one stop shopping and being able to do it at Target is a plus. PRODUCT ALERT... For those of you that have tried and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Water Sensations liqui packs they are also avail at Super Target for a smigen less then online prices and not having to pay shipping is a bonus! If you havent tried Water Sensations it is something to consider. I sort of like crystal light and liked the On The Go packs that you can put in your bottled water... anyway, I tried Wat-Sen and have to say that it is by far much better then any other water flavor additive that I've ever tried. So far, everyone that I've got to try it loves it. AND now that I know I can get it locally I don't have to be so stingy with it! Okay... enough from me this morning. Hope everyone has a great day! Hi Everyone!! I am home. Surgery was uneventful. Had one really rough day dealing with pain but other than that...I am on the other side. Finishing up some fluids and will take a much needed nap in my own bed. Hope the other August 29th people checkin soon. Traci

This is so terrible. I haven't found a single one I like. I've had packet upon packet of different brands and flavors and they all smell and taste terrible. I can't wait until I can at least eat some protein. I was doing fine with the Worldwide Pure Protein shakes when I was pre-op, but since surgery, the milky based shakes make me sick to my stomach to even think about them. This protein thing is like a sick joke. jacie

Hello Everyone! I had LAP RNY on August 9th. I have officially lost 25lbs. I had my 3 week post op appointment yesterday. My liver biopsy showed mild fibrosis of the liver which is common with fat around the liver. I have to follow up with my Gastro Dr now. I too can't stomach the protien shakes, and I am struggling with getting all my fluids too. The vitamins are fine but I can't eat those chewable Citrical Calciums ... Gross .... I was happy to hear I can swallow a pill now so I will be happy to take a calcium pill. My loss has stalled for about a week now, seems like as soon as I could eat softer foods. I am retaining fluids big time. Dr says that is normal. I hope everyone is doing great.
