I went to the Dr. today and could not believe what I was hearing I had lost 20lbs in 8 days im so happy

Here is my update, had my first follow-up appointments today, 08/30: Date of surgery? Tuesday, 08/22/2006 Weight lost? 13.5 lbs. since the morning of surgery, 44.7 lbs. down since I began working with my program in May, 2005. Any problems you are having? Once I arrived home, I was unable to keep anything down, including water. So had to go back to the basics, broth, water, SF popsicles, tea and have been on that since today. I was advanced to the pureed/mushy stage today and am looking forward to it! Will head back to work on Tuesday...don't know if I will be there full days or will ease into it....we'll see! Hello Sisters! I have found a 4'th surgery sister on the boards Her name is Jujube and she is from CA. Now we have Dee, Holli Jujube and Michelle. Please let's pray for each other and think of each other often during the next few days. I do believe that prayer will help us all though this. My prayer for all of is that God gives us strength, peace and trust in Him, no matter how we are feeling. God is good, all the time, God is good! Michelle
