Hi Caron! your surgery is the day before mine. Do you have to do the 2 wk pre-op liquid protein diet? I'm excited too! & a little scared. ~ Angy

hey lady yes maam i have to start my 2week preop on the 28th. i am a lil nervous too tho. so do u have to do the liquid diet? man its gonna be hard tho

yeah, I have to start the liquids on the 29th i think. it's gonna be hard, but I'm excited to get it started. My Dr. said lo carb slim fast is ok, so I got LOTS and a bunch of SF popsicles, jello, pudding & broth. We'll do ok. It is getting a little scary now tho. Having a date made it more "real".

I know rite it sure did. Its like unbelievable that the time is almost near. So u have already gotten ur items? Have u been eating everything in site before the liquid diet?

I found out that I am diabetic through all the labs that they ordered & I have lost a little weight from giving up all the sugars, so I'm trying not to gain back too much of what I lost. BUT, I am definitly hitting all my favorite resturants before pre-op. lol And making all my favorite dishes at home.
