PLEASE WALK!  You'll need,  and then you'll WANT to walk,
at least 3-5 days every week.
This will help facilitate weight loss pre-op,
and get your body conditioned for your NEW way of life post-op !
I've lost 20 pounds in the past 3 months.
Trust me ... we need to walk.
( your Dr. and / or Nutritionist should have shared this you already ).
