I totally get you. Ive been a little down had been stuck at the same weight then whamo over xmas of all times ive dropped down about 5 lbs. Still have the issues with seeing myself as thin , im having issues with the tummy bothering me if i wear pants that actually fit its more noticeable uugghhh i hate that tummy. I did have a little wow moment that boosted my spirit a little. I went for my b12 shot and the nurse was teaching a tech how to give it ... she said make sure you use a smaller needle on someone like her because shes so tiny!!! I just giggled to myself it was like a big hug that has lasted a few days. Who would have thought id be described as tiny. I think we need to all take a new picture and post it within the next week. I havent posted a new pic for several months i think not since april. So im challenging everyone to take a new pic and post it. And by the way Donna I look at you and Im jealous!!! lol you are so pretty!!! Tammy O

I've always had a sweet tooth. I love sweet things. Since my surgery, I've been 100% compliant with my surgeon's no sugar rule. I haven't touched it. BUT, I recently discovered sugar free candy. Reeses, peppermint patties, chocolate covered toffee bars, carmel nips........ Love um! Only problem is GAS! OMG ... and bloating. The other day I let one quietly fly at work and the woman down the hall came down the hall and wondered if there was a sewage back up. They also upsett my stomach. This morning, I had to make a mad dash for the ladies room on my way to the office..... Unfortunately the cause and effect are not close enough for my feeble subconsious to connect the events. I know when I'm eatting them that I will pay, but can't seem to stop myself. So far no weight gain, but lots of gas....I realize this is similar to the problem that caused me to need surgery in the first place. I need to find a happy medium..... Anyone else having trouble just saying no?

Shelly, You are just so great!! Congrats on the water and loosing 6 more pounds. I have lost two over the holidays which is a record. I had been stuck for months at 160, now at 158. I usually drink about 80 oz of water a day plus others liquids but it get more difficult when I am not working?? Strange, huh, The weekends are the wors****er days!! I am still running 3-4 miles a day, but Mon have surgery and will be not allowed to exercise for up to 4-6 weeks!! I do not know how I will handle that. May be able to begin walking after 2 weeks(hernia repair, Tummy Tuck, and breast lift). Best wishes to keep up the moving thing. I will work more on my water. Thanks for motivating. Jacqueline

When I had my labs that was the only thing that was alittle low, but my Dr said they raised the levels within the last year. He said was is low today was normal last year... Tanya
