Does anyone have a science down as to how much water in take you should have before your first meal second meal and third meal? I'm fresh out of post OP and cant seem to get in 64 oz of water in a day. I do not want to slow my progress or be dehydrated.

You guys are getting more fluid down than me. I have to take it very very slowly which I found out yesterday. (I threw up) Not good but I think all is well. I am having the hardest time with my mouth being dry but sucking on hard candy helps. I am so glad we all made it through surgery together.

Take Care.

try sucking on ice cubes made with some broth, protein water, or crystal light for taste.  It will help you get fluids in slowly but consistantly...  Keep working at it!
