Food for the day

Hi ...I think I need to cut the snacks out of my meals too. I was trying to get like 6 mini things in per day. Breakfast: protein bar or yogurt Lunch: 1/2 sandwhich (whole lite wheat bread) 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of swiss cheese and dill pickle. Dinner: Meat loaf (about 2 inches by 2 inches square) small sald Snack: cup of popcorn That was yesterdays Sunday meal. Karie

Since having my hysterectomy and being on a limited diet for a few days it seems my tummy shrunk back......Yesterday was pretty boring for me....I made has for breakfast and ate it for all three meals.....I tryed 1/2 cup and couldn't fini****I had 1/4 cup for both lunch and dinner....I had a cafe mocha protein shake with a dallop of cool whip and a s/f fudgesicle for snacks Today for b-fast I again had 1/4 cup of hash lunch I had about 6 gensoy soy chips, and one slice of 2% cheese 1 cafe mocha protein shake with a dallop of cool whip.....not sure what I will make for supper yet!!!
