Advice Needed Please
 This is my menu planner, for Monday, May 29th.  Am I eating too much ???  Or too many carbs???  I don't lose very fast and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 Well, I sure don't lose like you.  Do you do much exercise?   I am working out.  Built a gym in my house.  I have a treadmill, cycle, elliptical, free weights and a resist-a-ball.  My loss is only 1-4 pounds per month.  Most months 1-2 pounds.  
   I still have over 30 pounds to go, to reach my goal weight and I was hoping to find a way to jumpstart the slow losing.

 I don't go by goals. My surgeon said around 130lbs and I feel comfortable where I'm at now and that's around 153 sometimes as high as 156lbs. 
I feel it's where you feel comfortable at. I think I would look to thin at 130lbs. 
I also feel when you put that "GOAL" over your head your stressing your own body out. 
I have a whole gym in my house but with summer here I work a lot out in my yard. 
I will say that I do check my weight from time to time but stopped doing it on a daily bases and I have seen the scale bounce as high as 160lbs and I start pushing the water and protein and it cames back down.
I'm still fitting in my womens 10 pants and juniors 12 pants so I'm happy. In fact I'm sitting here in my new shorts

 Thanks for the compliment on the updated pic. If I ever get someone around, to take my picture for me... I'll try to add a full body shot.  
My surgeon doesn't set goals either, but my personal goal would be 150.  I would be happy just to keep below 160.  I am 5'3", so at 186, I still have some losing to do.  I do notice that I am toning up.  I haven't lost a pound in 6 weeks, but I dropped from a 34 inch waist to a 32 inch waist?  Can't figure that one out...but I'm happy with it.
I just came back from picking up a new pair of capri pants.  Size 12.  Hubby called and he's coming downtown for the Blue Jays game, so I needed a change of clothes.  I'm dressed for my a/c office.... not for an open dome stadium.  LOL

As far as your menu goes, it looks fine to me. Wish I ate that good all the time. I also don't make meal plans. I have a hard enough time coming up with meal plans for the family, and I just eat whatever I fix for them. Just with alot less of it.
I do know we all lose at different rates... I haven't lost any further than where I am now at 175 in like 8 months. I'm beginning to think this might be it for me. However, between being sick and my surgeries, I had actually gone back up to like 193... thankfully, that has come back off now....
Just keep doing what you know is right for you... it has brought you so far already.
