Had my first post-op appointment with my Nutritionist at Vandy today. She said I am doing exceptionally well with everything and that everything looked great. She also said I am a little ahead on the amount of weight lost at this point. And best of all, I WEIGHED IN AT 297 lbs.!! WOOWHOOOOO!!

First time in over 5 years that I have been below 300 lbs.!!
Man I am loving this !!
