I have been eating differently for a whie and someone gave me a great recipe...well, I like it LOL I thought I would share it with you.
Take one banana and cut it in about 1/2 inch pieces. Put them on something flat and freeze them. Once they are frozen, get your magic bullet or blender and put them in it, add unsweet almond milk just to cover the bananas and if you want, put a scoop of protein in.
Blend til bananas are smooth. You can use strawberries or whatever you like.
I love this and it is so filling. The almond milk only has 35 calories and no sugar.
