Hello all just wanted to say happy holidays to all you wonderful people. It has been 15 days since my surgery I have lost 47 pounds I am all ready filling better. I have had alot of trouble with this HEAD HUNGRY but have dealt with it pretty good. Sick of all the water but I am still sipping away. The protein bulliets s--ck I had a hard time with them my surgeon oked me to start drinking protein shakes and they are better. I hope you all had a wonderful christmas and I hope your new year is wonderful as well...

Congrats! Good for you...right on~ keep it up and hopefully i will be right behind you!

Yes it fills so wonderful to finally see what a change it makes. Went into the hosiptal taking 5 differant medicines came out taking one.
