Got A Date!!

I am so excited today, I met with Dr. Nguyen and he approved me for surgery...January 23...I am so happy I could cry. Hope everyone is well :)

Doctor Yorke will be my surgeon, though I was hoping for Sampath. Apparently, he's the best in the province.

Looks like I shouldn't have been scheduled. So they retracted the date.

From what I hear should be next month.

I'm kind of glad. I've only been to orientation on Dec 7th, and hadn't been put on a pre-op diet yet.

So this will buy me a little time to sort out those details.
