Hey Kirsten, I am so glad yu brought this back. I have to tell you I am in the same boat as you about the scale thingy. For me the scale has only moved up by 3lbs. It is so frustrating for me.  SO here goes for today....

LND~1/2 a spicy chicken mole taco
LNS~ string cheese and some kettle corn(bad I know)

B~protien shake
S~snack size zone bar and crackers with cheese
L~ baked beans
S~2oz gelato
D~ grulled chicken
S~hopefully nothing

Vits~done
Water~not enough
Exercise~hopefully a walk tonight

LND:  Ground turkey, rice, sour cream, cheese, salsa (about a cup)
LNS:  Nada

B:  SlimFast Low Carb w/coffee
S:  Nada
L:  4 mini egg rolls; 1/2 sandwich; piece of cake (damn baby shower)
S:  4 mini egg rolls as I'm typing
D:  1/2 of sandwich

Vits:  Yup
Water:  Nope
Exercise:  Not really (honesty right)

It's all about honesty....so I'll be honest and admit that I just hit the vending machine for the chocolate chip cookies!  UGH!!!!!  I'm so hungry!  I've gotta start bringing some snacks to work.

Hey Kirsten, I was just thinking of bringing this post back since you've been so busy. I feel like I've been grazing all day. Not being able to get out of the house really sux. I keep telling myself just 12 more days until I get the cast off. Okay, here we go:

B: Unjury chocolate protein shake w/ Sunmilk

S: 1 slice of bread with I can't believe it's not butter (olive oil flavor)

L: Another slice of bread with I can't believe it's not butter (olive oil flavor)

S: SF FF chocolate pudding

D: Dunno...maybe some chili

Water: Working on it
Vit: Yep

I know what you mean....I got into the habit of grazing while I was recovering.  Make sure you get more protein in...it will really help you recover.

B: 3 oz scrambled egg with shredded Krab 

S: protein drink

L: more Krab

S half a yogurt with some Kashi go lean in it

D: not sure yet

Water: half
Vitamins done
Exercise: walked and played with the girls at the beach today. Will probably take another walk tonight

LND- a couple of bites of cheese lasagna, sauteed zucchini wih red onions and mushrooms, 1/2 slice of garlic bread

B- protein shot

L- beef jerky

S- Taco Bell taco supreme

D- probably a litle leftovers from last night

W- slow going, I do good at night with the water, though
V- yes
E- I had THREE doctor appts today and have 2 tomorrow 2 werr pre-ops, one dentist and tomorrow is with Dr. Billy and my GP), so no exercise yet.  I did get a super cool new bike though, so maybe I'll take it for a spin tonight if Tim will watch the baby.

LND - BBQ chicken breast and broccoli
snack - 2 sugar free popcicles (I had the munchies for some reason)
breakfast - 1/2 cup smart start cereal mixed in yoplait yogurt
snack - nuthin
lunch - more chicken and 4 onion rings (oops - I pilfered them)
snack - string cheese and crackers
dinner - beef taco, refrieds and green salad and a glass of crystal light
snack - prob another sugar free popcicle (yummy!)
