D- probably a litle leftovers from last night
W- slow going, I do good at night with the water, though

E- I had THREE doctor appts today and have 2 tomorrow 2 werr pre-ops, one dentist and tomorrow is with Dr. Billy and my GP), so no exercise yet. I did get a super cool new bike though, so maybe I'll take it for a spin tonight if Tim will watch the baby.
LND - BBQ chicken breast and broccoli
snack - 2 sugar free popcicles (I had the munchies for some reason)
breakfast - 1/2 cup smart start cereal mixed in yoplait yogurt
snack - nuthin
lunch - more chicken and 4 onion rings (oops - I pilfered them)
snack - string cheese and crackers
dinner - beef taco, refrieds and green salad and a glass of crystal light
snack - prob another sugar free popcicle (yummy!)
