Good Morning...
Day 3 went well... Didn't lose any lbs. so I'm still at 4 pounds down. This far out, and with no exercise - I'll take it!
I, also plan to continue with some Day 3 foods - because I like them. A protein shake, scrambled eggs... maybe some ground turkey for dinner.
Let's see three things I've noticed....
1 - exercise (say no more)
2 - evening snacking (I was in a Smart-Pop habit)
3 - up the water
Good luck everyone...
- Patty
Changes to make:
NEVER NEVER NEVER drink soda again!
Stay away from the carbs!
Exercise more!
More protien!
Continuing eating the same as day 3.....tuna and protien pudding today. Was going to have a salmon patty for dinner, but just found out that Chipotle is having their grand opening today....Free food!!!!! If the line isn't too long, I'll go with the burrito bowl...no rice of course. :-)
