We are almost done with the pouch test!! Now we have to start thinking about the changes we have to make after the 5 days are up.

What changes are you going to make??

1. No drinking 30 before & after my meals.
2. Drinking more protein shakes and eatting less cabs.
3. Being more active on the weekends.

What are you eatting today??
I'm still have food from day 3 so I'm going to finish my boiled eggs, refried beans and tuna!!

My weight is the same.. But I feel better about my eatting!!

Have a great day!!

It has made me really more aware of the carbs I have been putting in my mouth.  Its keeping me focused on maintenance.  I can sure tell when my sodium  intake is higher.  I can feel the water retention. Todays goal -- tons of fluids to flush that crap out!

Hi!  I am down another 3 pounds this morning.  That is a total of 8 since we started.  I am so excited.  I am 10 pounds away from the 100's.  OMG!
Today, I am also finishing up food from Day 3 and maybe I will have some beans or chili.
1. Drink more H2O
2. No snacking or grazing on those evil carbs
3. More protein shakes
4. Go back to a 6 day workout schedule.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning...

Day 3 went well...  Didn't lose any lbs. so I'm still at 4 pounds down.  This far out, and with no exercise - I'll take it!

I, also plan to continue with some Day 3 foods - because I like them.  A protein shake, scrambled eggs...  maybe some ground turkey for dinner.

Let's see three things I've noticed....
1 - exercise (say no more)
2 - evening snacking (I was in a Smart-Pop habit)
3 - up the water

Good luck everyone...

Still here too! I had a delicious lunch of two hard boiled eggs.

Changes:
1. drink more water
2. eat more protein and protein first
3. think harder about exercising. lol

No weight loss for me overnight but that's okay. I feel better overall too.

hmmmm... refried beans sound GOOD right now!

Day 4!!!  Yay!!!!  No scale change today, but that's better than gaining.

Changes to make:

NEVER NEVER NEVER drink soda again!
Stay away from the carbs!
Exercise more!
More protien!

Continuing eating the same as day 3.....tuna and protien pudding today.  Was going to have a salmon patty for dinner, but just found out that Chipotle is having their grand opening today....Free food!!!!!  If the line isn't too long, I'll go with the burrito bowl...no rice of course.  :-)

Good for you with the soda!  I figure that if something can take the corrosion off a battery, just might be something to NOT put into my body!  Keep up the great work!!

Kevin,

Another question for you... during the 5DPT, can you have fruits and vegies?
