Ok my VSGers that have joined the world of Beth in this wonderful group of friends/family!  This thread is about accountability and being honest with YOURSELF about what you are eating.  It's not about being put on blast it's about being honest with yourself and what you are eating.  Believe me I should start editing this post cause after 3pm my "planned" diet usually goes to h*ll.  The carb monster grabbed me yesterday BEFORE my catfish and shoved icecream down my throat...oh and a jolly rancher =)  Anyway post your menu, ask for advice and let me be nosey =)

B:  Coffee w/old fashioned cake donut
S:  Green eggs and ham; 1oz Bison bacon
L:  1 cup turkey chili
S:  1oz cheese w/small apple (trying AGAIN today to eat this)
D:  probably more catfish...

Water:  "only" 5 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/600IU Vit D; Hair Regime
Exercise:  Not feeling good so not doing ANYTHING...

Well boys and girls I won't be back and posting this thread until Tuesday.  I'm off to Vegas to meet some VSGers and have a BALL...have a GREAT weekend =)

Ahhhhhhhhhh, What have I eatten today?

B - Protein smoothie - Protein powder, Frozen Fruit, Special K Protein water 35 gm Protein!!!
S - Cheese Stick
L - Cottage cheese, yogurt, kashi go lean
S - Cheese Stick
D - planned is fajhitas

1/2 of vitamins are in, 60 oz of water is in and I've walked 1.5 miles so far today at lunch time.

Those last 21#'s had better slide right off!

I am feeling much better today. Thanks for letting me vent yesterday!

B: 1/2 banana & low carb yogurt
S: 1/4 c cheerios..dry..just my crunchy snack
S: protein bar
L: 1/2 cottage cheese, hard boiled egg & cheese stick
S: probably non..I am going to try to not have one since I ate the cheerios this morning
D: grilled chicken on a bed of lettuce

Vitamins: Done
Water 16ozs so far
Exercise: 20 min walk @ lunch

Hey All...

B: ground beef/gound pork/cabbage casserole

L: 1/2C cottage cheese with SF raspberry jello, 1/2oz shelled sunflower seeds

S: OhYeah lite chocolate drink

D: ???don't have a clue right now....maybe somebody will post something that inspires me

water: OK  vitamins: on track  exercise: working on this 5K walk/run program.....I do really well on the walk part....the jog part is kicking my butt!!!

Chocolate old fashioned donuts were my absolute favorite!!!  Where do you get your bison bacon?  How's it taste?  I really like the buffalo burgers from Trader Joe's....although I can only eat 1/2 of one in a sitting.
