So I'm sitting pretty at 197 today...yeah me!!

B:  2 eggs; 1/2 english muffin
S:  1/3 cup pasta salad; some veggies; 1 taquito
L:  Ooops Homemade Chocolate cookies (so yum but BAD Shell); 3 Tbsp peanut butter
S:  Lindora Wildberry Protein (during Yoga)
D:  Popeyes Spicy Chicken Leg; 1/2 cup beans; salad

Calories 1,532  ~  Protein 79  ~  Carbs 140  ~  Fiber 16  ~  Fat 73

Water:  10 cups so far
Exercise:  1 mile walk at work (going for 10K steps); Yoga class tonight
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium Citrate w/Vit D; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime

Hi Ms. Shell,

I'll play today...

B: protein drink
S: protein bar
L: mandarin chicken salad from Wendy's..I only had about 3 ozs of chicken & a couple bites of lettuce w/oranges
S: ?????
D: no clue!

Vitamins: almost done. I forgot my calcium at home..:(
Water: 16ozs so far
Exercise: Not sure, but my brain is going to be working extra hard studying for my Philosophy Final
