Hello everyone!!  That time of the day...what's your meal plan like??

B:  1/2 serving Click
S:  Coffee
L:  1 cup beef stew
S:  ??
D:  TGIFridays (gotta check the menu)

Water:  8 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Citrate w/D & Mag; Other Vits
Exercise:  Couch to 5K (started week 2 today)

I will play, today. Since I have a head cold, I will admit to feeding it so it will get the hint and GO AWAY!!!!!!

Medicine: Contac-D that expired in 2007..oppps & Sudafed- this was just for fun!..I'm such a dork!

Exercise: I want to sleep!!

B: 6oz low fat Milk w/ scoop of Designer Whey Chocolate protein
S: 2 oz lit n fit cherry yogurt (sprinkle of flavorless protein powder)
L: egg salad (another sprinkle of protein powder)
S Protein Bar

Water: 8 oz so far, just getting started
Vitamins: B-12, gotta get something solid to get the multi down
Exercise: walkin and step aerobics tonight
