Well it's today and ONCE again I'm in Onederland...alas will I stay!!  YES if I stop going out of town and ummm drinking =)

B:  Coffee
S:  Cottage Cheese mixed with Carb Masters Yogurt
L:  1 cup Beef Stew
S:  Maybe more cottage cheese & yogurt
D:  Dunno but it WILL involve movie popcorn (small bag)

Water:  6 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D & Mag; Hair Vits etc
Exercise:  Pedometer goal 10K

Hi Ms Shell   Sorry I haven't been posting....I've for sure been eating, just not posting it


Early morning:  coffee with sweetner and vanilla caramel flavored creamer

B:  mushroom protein soup
S:  too many pumpkin seeds.....shells and all....(good fiber???)
S#2:  chocolate OhYeah drink
L:  teriayki chicken breast and zucchini with parmesan cheese
D:  turkey meatloaf and broccoli

W:  could be better
V:  on track
E:  tomorrow is my last hula hoop class in this series.  I walked over to the employee exercise gym to sign up for the next series that starts on the 30th.....and UGH!!! it's full!!! I'm #1 on the wait list.  Guess word got out about how fun the class is!!!  Maybe someone will decide to go on vacation and I can take their spot.....

Either Terminator Salvation or The Taking of Pelham 123 (channel 5 had the original 1974 movie on this weekend...fascinating)

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
8:00 am  10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc roasted turkey deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
10:30 am 3 oz chicken breast, 1 small flour tortilla, 2 oz cream cheese, tomato sauce (chicken enchiladas)
12:00 pm 4 oz beef patty, 4 slices dill pickles, 1/2 hamburger bun, 1T Thousand Island dressing
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm SF Jello Pudding Pack
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange

6:15 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1/3 cup mashed potato from instant, 1/3 cup canned spinach

120 oz water, 20 oz coffee..not enough walking but I did work a tiny bit in my mini-me garden. LOL.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
