Boy times flies when your working and having abdominal cramps STILL and according to my doctor it's NOT my gallbladder but he keeps giving me acid blocker but I swear I have PAIN not acid!! Alas I need to go to school and dx myself =) But for now...

Vitamins: Actually scared cause they are what cause my morning attacks =( but on target
Exercise: Going for 10K steps on my pedometer
Water: Barely 4 cups will reach at least 8 by days end can't be in pain AND dehydrated
